Thesolutions, negotiations, and strategies aimed at streamlining racismensure peaceful coexistence and equal distribution of resources andwealth for people regardless of their race. The first step inachieving the above objective is acknowledging that racism isrampant, and there is a need for an action to be taken to contain it.The solutions to racism require participation and commitment by allparties despite their racial background for them to work (Jon 82).Addressing the cause and speaking up against racism are very crucialsteps in solving the challenge of racism. stems from two ormore different ethnic groups living in disharmony because of thedifferences in their race. Empowering people with knowledge on theeffects of racism by tackling the causes will go a great extent insolving the issue of racism (Jon 87).
Negotiatingon anti-racism through holding conferences is very helpful instreamlining the challenges results from racism. Through theanti-racism conferences, people are enlightened on the effects ofracism. This understanding would be very critical in helping curbracism. In such conferences, people understand the benefits ofembracing other people despite their racial and ethnic backgrounds.There are different races with different strengths, gifts, andweaknesses. Practicing racism to a great extent inhibits tapping thestrengths and gifts from people belonging to different race.Embracing anti-racism, on the other hand, helps people improve ontheir weakness by learning from people belonging to other races.Negotiating through anti-racism conferences will help ease thechallenges presented by racism.
Tostreamline racism, it is necessary to strategize on how to handle thechallenge. The strategies applied differ depending on the targetgroup practicing racism. For instance, in a school set up, it isimportant to observe and recognize cultural activities related toethnic and cultural groups (Solomos 79). Anti-racism lessons may beincorporated in the syllabus to enlighten the students on the effectsof practicing racism and benefits of embracing each person despitetheir ethnic backgrounds. In a work environment, the managementshould recruit staff, executives, and board members from differentethnic backgrounds, hold forums on the importance of embracinganti-racism, ensure the people are fairly and equally remunerateddespite their ethnic groups, and employ a task force aimed atmonitoring and fighting racism at the workplace.
